| We try to process an order on the first working day after we have received it. Please note that most of the products are 'one offs' therefore if we receive more than one order for the same item on the same day we will deal with it on a 'first come first served' basis and we will notify you and refund your payment if the item has gone. We do try to put sold on items in the shop area as soon as we possibly can but sometimes an item will be ordered by more than one person on the same day and we have no control over this, although it is sometimes possible to make another item in which case we will notify you.
