Buying and Paying
To make a purchase just click on 'add to cart' in the shop page, postage will added automatically. Payment is made through PayPal which is very secure, just follow the directions.
To pay by cheque please contact us either by email or by phone, use the 'Contacts' page for this, and we will make arrangements. We will have to wait for your cheque to clear before dispatching your goods. When you have placed your order we will confirm with you by email or by post as soon as possible.
Postage and Packaging
Postage is added automatically, for a list of costs click on the relevant button. For international orders please email or phone us to for a price.
Delivery Schedule
We will dispatch your order as soon as credit card payment or cheque has cleared. If there are any problems we will always contact you and keep you informed.
Privacy
We wouldn't dream of passing on buyer's information to anyone under any circumstances.
Returns Policy
You can cancel your order within 5 days of placing it. If your order has been sent during that time then unless it is faulty you bear the cost of returning it.
The goods will leave us in perfect order and merchantable quality. Hopefully they will reach you in the same condition. If the goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part then we will refund both payment and postage or will send a replacement if possible and if you agree.
Goods that you have damaged or used or tainted in any way eg. cigarette smoke, pet smells or perfume etc., cannot be returned.
We cannot refund payment on any downloads for obvious reasons.
